The project was conceived starting from an interdepartmental collaboration between the faculties of Medicine and Humanities at the University of Perugia, resulted in the conference held on 18 December 2021 for the celebration of the 700th anniversary of the medical school of the PI’ University. The main purpose of the project is the edition, exegesis and translation into Italian and other modern languages (in open-access and printed digital format) of Latin medical works of late antiquity, in order to ensure their wider use and dissemination, in view of multidisciplinary collaborations.
